  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients, warehouse operations, and software developers, troubleshooting system issues and coordinating updates for web-based applications.
  • Provide on-site technical support for users by troubleshooting software, system, and operational issues.
  • Investigate operational inefficiencies and design process improvement solutions to reduce manual effort and increased efficiency.
  • Created and designed a suite of automated HTML/CSS email templates that deliver fulfillment alerts and operational updates to clients, populating data from a SQL database and rendering correctly across all major email providers and device sizes.
  • Developed KPI tracking and user-path workflows in Google Analytics, reporting on traffic sources, conversion events, and site performance across channels.
